My first visit here was with my feverish one year old, late in the evening. The staff was friendly and the doctor was quick to see us. No hassle with appointments or a long wait, we just walked right in. I am now the patient, and I am happy to say I will keep coming back! Also, it is a very affordable option which is a huge plus!
There was very little wait and was able to be seen and diagnosed quickly and accurately.
Easy in and out, friendly knowledge staff, the worst thing I can say is parking can be difficult at certain times of the day
My experience here started off very well with the front desk staff being very pleasant and the wait time in the waiting area being minimal, but that's where it ended. I had been waiting in the exam with my daughter for over an hour and I was not happy but when the doctor came in she was very apologetic and made my daughter feel very comfortable during the exam. I was very pleased with the experience in the end.
There is nothing express about this place. They need more staff at the front desk. Staff is VERY slow. NP was good but I'm thinking it's not worth the hassle!
The wait time was not too long they had a tv in the waiting area for viewing pleasure. The cost for the physical was very cheap. Walk ins are available and they get u in fast. They also had tvs in the actual rooms where the doctors checks you which i thought was a nice touch.
Friendly staff, good doctor. Fast service and clean place. Will be the go to place if needed again.
Wife came in for a sprained ankle. Service was great. Wait time less than 15min on a morning weekday. Staff was friendly and informative. Provider was attentive. Assessment was thorough. Had an x-ray. Will recommended to family and friends.
They have very far service and have never had an issue here. I think it's a good alternative for an emergency room because they'll attend you quickly.
