*EDIT!!!* I called the number that MEC requested I call, it is a GOOGLE Voice number that no one answered. SURPISE!!! So, I called back to Midwest Express Clinic, the girl answered the phone, I asked to speak to a patient advocate or someone in charge, she placed me on hold and a woman picked up stating they were in charge. Reserved a time slot to get a rapid covid test for my 7 year old at 6:25pm... it is 7:58pm and still not seen! A individual who came in later than me stating that they had a 6:45pm appointment was taken back before my son! And the receptionist had no answer for me. At first she said "first come first serve" but apparently that is not the case if my family was here and others who came after us are getting brought back before us. Signs outside “stay in your car for covid testing “ signs all over the waiting room “please go back to your car for Covid testing” yet when I called to say we had arrived I was told to come inside and sit in the waiting room with other patients waiting for covid testing. No chair spacing. Nothing but possibly exposing other to covid! After seeing the doc he tells me results in 6 days and when I asked why they claim to do the 2-4 day testing he said he didn’t know i wanted it and had to re swab my 11yr old! Was a very scared visit to b tested for coronavirus ... but had to get it done... every question I had I got an answer for... great lady that did my test April 20 2020

Best in 2019? This place sucks! Just dragged the whole fam there so my husband could get his back checked out because he's been in excruciating pain and laid up since yesterday. We paid for a doctor's visit, saw a nurse practitioner who didn't know what the hell to do. My husband explained his history in detail while crying from pain. She accused my husband of pill shopping, they tried to charge us for an x-ray they didn't perform, and sent us on our way $120 later. Next time we will just go to the ER and I would NEVER recom... read more
