Great dealership & service department I purchased my new MINI convertible from Passport of Alexandria in April 2015 and recently had a service appointment at the dealership. The entire experience was great so far. I had already done a fair amount of research and went there with a good idea of what I wanted - everyone was very friendly, helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and trustworthy. They even helped me get a better interest rate on my car loan which was nice. Highly recommend, they are good people.

Great Sales and Service I purchased my Mini Countryman S at Passport Mini of Alexandria three years ago and have had nothing but great experiences there ever since. My last service appointment was just a few weeks ago and, as usual, everything went extremely well. Justyne, my service advisor for the visit, was professional, pleasant and thorough, and went the extra mile to ensure that the work was completely taken care of. It was a very pleasant visit. You'll never go anywhere else! The service manager, Dan Rodrigues, is professional, warm and accommodating - he finds out what the customer needs and wants and provides it. The facilities are comfortable and provides drinks and food to pass the time when waiting. Scheduling is easy and fast. Every that is done to the car is explained in detail. It is a relief to know Passport is there.
I had a great experience! I recently bought my new MINI from Passport of Alexandria. The entire experience was great. I had already done a fair amount of shopping and went there with a good idea of what I wanted. Wonderful Experience I just purchased my first car from Matt Karau, and it was an amazing experience. He took the time to show me different vehicles in my price range, and in the end we found the perfect car after looking at 5 different vehicles. Even though I did not buy a MINI and I did not finance with them, he still treated me with the utmost respect, and took the time to go over every question that I had. I will surely go to Matt when I next need a car.
