Service at Passport MINI of Alexandria We bought our used MINI earlier in 2016 at Passport MINI of Alexandria and love it. Mo helped us with the buying process and was very helpful and followed up after the sale. Last week my check engine light came on. I was able to get my MINI in for service the next day, was provided a loaner vehicle, and it was ready to go two days later. Frank was really helpful in the Service Dept. We are pleased with the buying process and service!
Never disappoint I did not purchase my MINI from Passport, but I've been taking it to them for service since I bought it. They are always patient, courteous, never rush me when I have questions, and everyone is super friendly. They offer loaner or rental cars free of charge, although I don't know whether that changes when my car is no longer under warranty. Great Service at Passport Mini of Alexandria I have been dealing with Passport Mini of Alexandria for going on 6 years now and have had nothing less than excellent service with them. I have bought two new Mini Coopers through them, a Mini Cooper Hardtop S and most recently a Mini Cooper Countryman S. Want to lease a cool car-visit MINI of Alexandria I just leased my 3rd MINI from this Dealership. Like the two times before, it was a great experience. I keep on dealing with the same people, Ahmed and Andy, and this time Mo joined the team. He brought around one car after the other, as I wanted to check out some other models, and then, of course there is the issue of color. Great service but slow once again Dealership repair group here always does an excellent job of repairing my mini S but forget waiting for any minor repair. I recently scheduled an early morning repair of a leaky air stem valve on one tire and had to wait over 2 hours before it was serviced and I was on my way. Shop was slow b/c of recent snowstorm so it wasn't' workload. Better service management needed here. However the quality of each repair has been excellent when you finally get your car back.

Exceptional introduction to Mini USA (from Europe) Our Mini Cooper S (purchased in Germany in 2011) arrived at the port and needed the USA Maps for the Navigation system and a short list of repair items. Julian clearly described the cost estimate, timeline, provided a loaner car, and kept me informed during the entire process. We are very happy to have had such a wonderful introduction to Mini USA!
