Super Service! I purchased my 2010 mini convertible new from passport mini. They have, and continue to provide excellent service for my mini. For the first three years I paid for nothing. And now the services are still very professional and reasonably priced and the car performs very well. They continue to repair minor items when I'm in for a service for no charge. Thier Service Techs are great!
Mini of Alexandria is a Key Member of My Team I have nothing but praise for this dealership. Six years ago I bought my first Mini S from Ray and I'm now driving a Mini S Coupe; put on lots of miles and enjoy everyone. Justyne is the best Service Advisor; heading up a great team of technicians. My regular maintenance are easily scheduled and if something comes up Justyne is quick to accommodate my schedule and availability without disruption to my calendar.
Partners on a Custom Order I decided to special order a 2016 Cooper S Clubman when it was evident that one of the options I really wanted was not likely to be found on any car ordered by a dealership. The ordering process went smoothly, the wait for the car to be built, shipped, inspected, and delivered was acceptable. Passport Mini of Alexandria - Great Service I have a certified Mini and normally gets it serviced at a different dealer in Baltimore. I took my car to Mini of Alexandria since I relocated to DC. The experience at Min of Alexandria was exceptional. They had a loaner car at a moments notice and kept me up to date on there findings and fixed the car. Mini Dealership Alexandria I go here to get my car serviced. My service representative, Justyne Cannata, was very helpful, knowledgeable about my car repair agreement, and repair options. She was very friendly, was familiar with repair policies, and is a very professional individual. I'll keep going to this dealership.
Mini Alexandria Service Department is Fabulous! I love my 2013 mini Cooper, and in part because of the professional, honest, reliable service provided by Mini Cooper Alexandria Service Department. They are fair, honest, reliable. The best compliment I can offer is that I would recommend my two daughters to use them!
