Impeccable Service I purchased from this dealer twice: about 6 years ago when I purchased a used Jeep on the lot (I didn't at that time have the capital for a mini but was quite pleased with the alternative) and now when I bought the 2015 Paceman. Great Service-Always I started my car and found the engine light glowing yellow. Passport's online scheduler let me make an appointment later that morning. My service rep had me in a loaner and on my way in minutes. Repairs and service were completed same day with the usual complimentary wash. As always the show room was spotless, the customer service staff were neat and professional.

Best Mini Dealership in the DMV !!! Ever! I drove. 2008 Mazda 3 sedan and my 2015 mini cooper S stands in a class by itself. Great Service I bought my mini cooper a couple of years ago, and since I've moved to the DC area, I frequent this dealership to get my oil changed. I went to the dealership this past Tuesday and was assisted by Justin Smith, who was very accommodating and very helpful when I got my oil changed done.
