Great Used Car experience Had a great experience buying a used Subaru from Yves at Passport Mini. He picked me up from the metro station when I came to purchase the car, and was always responsive and attentive throughout the process. After test driving the car, Passport had it transferred to a MD dealer and back in the same day to get a MD inspection for me. The longest part of the process was waiting in line to complete the purchase paperwork with the business office.
Above and Beyond Service I've had such a great experience with this dealership. I showed up on a busy day and the sales manager took me for a test drive. This was my first experience with Mini and having a British Sales Manager really made me feel like "Wow, this really is a British auto maker." Their first offer for my trade-in was actually higher than my payoff and that's never happened before. I did have a long wait to get in to see the finance manager, but the other finance manager got fired or quit, so he was backed up.... read more
Quick appointment, friendly professional service My 2013 Mini Cooper is covered by a 5 year warrantee and the engine check light went on requiring immediate service. The appointment was made the next day. I was given a loaner and the repair was completed the day I brought it in but picked up the next day. My service consultant was friendly and professional. I recommend Passport Mini.

A+ customer service and repairs Frank Rivera and the Techs at Passport Mini in Alexandria are top-notch. They always go the extra-mile to ensure our Mini is given the service and attention we expect. What I especially like is that Frank is super responsive and very informed. We have dealt with several other dealerships since we've owned our Cooper S and Mini of Alexandria far exceeds all others.
Worry-free and Excellent Service Brought car in the morning without appointment for a tire puncture caused by road hazard. Tire ended up being replaced (still under warranty). Was offered a loaner but I declined. Josh the service advisor also had oil changed and overall check-up done. Topped it off with a car wash. Car was ready in two hours. Josh called promptly to let me know car was ready. This was another excellent experience. Staff is great.

Excellent Service for my 2013 Mini Cooper Countrym I have always received exceptional service for all three of my Mini's that I've had over the past years. My Service Representative David, is extremely knowledgeable and always courteous and professional. I think the best thing I like about him is his smile which is the first thing I always see (and expect to see) when I'm there. It let's me know everything is going to be OK and that I am going to be HAPPY when I leave.
