I set up an appointment about a week ahead of time. I also requested a loaner. When I arrived, I was informed that due to a change of ownership, no loaners were available. Joe and Jeff were understanding that I had traveled an hour and a half to their dealership. Instead of a Mini loaner, they rented me a car from Enterprise. I was glad I didn't need to reschedule my appointment and appreciate their initiative. I also the many updates I received from my service advisor, Joe Frasco.
Dan was great to work with. Really helpful and answered all our questions, especially in understanding the best terms of the lease. Thank you for including the racing stripes! Everyone else we worked with was also wonderful. Karen LOVES her new Mini!!! Thank you!!

Quality service. That's how it's done folks. Came in for servicing on my tires. In & out. Can drop in anytime for a quick service like a tire pressure check. Awesome.
Service advisor was very helpful with syncing my phone and explaining the service being done to the car. I was Unhappy with the tech who tried to sell me a new tire because my tire had an indentation in it.
