Erin Hilyer was our contact person at Prestige Mini. From the very beginning she was informative and answered all our questions. On our test drive, she had to keep explaining things to me as it was a lot of information to take in. Erin never got impatient and really educated me about all the switches and buttons to become acquainted with. My first and all contact with Bob was either via phone and email as I was out of state. The entire process couldn't have gone any easier or more pain free. Until this time I had more bad experiences with dealers and I didn't know if I would find anyone that I trusted or wanted to work with through the buying process. We saw ruby several months ago looking for a used mini. We test drove and liked the mini. We gave ruby our requirements as far as the options we were looking for. She called us from time to time and we looked at. Cars that we available. Recently she called about a car that she thought would be perfect for us. We saw it and bought it. Ruby has been great thruought the entire experience, from first meeting to teaching us all about the car functions.

Ruby was very helpful and knowledgeable about the minis. She helped with all off my questions and I didn't feel pressured at all. I also really like that many of the employees at prestige also own minis. That helped me feel like I made the right choice. Love my clubman,

I have worked with Carolyn on numerous occaisons she is always accomadating of my schedule, keeps me up to date on my service and explains any additional work that needs to be done. Carolyn is very knowledgeable of the MINI brand and also of my car and what is happening with it. Thank you Carolyn for always making servicing my MINI enjoyable!

I was getting close to needing my next MINI. In passing I had mentioned to Suditi what would make me buy a new one (and they were pretty specific). She notified me immediately when a car with my exact specs was coming in. I was there the next morning and bought the car. Suditi is unlike the majority of Car Sales people she is passionate about the MINI product and it shows!!! Thank you Suditi for finding "Seven" for me she is awesome

My wife and I have been looking at getting a Mini for a few months and felt the time was right to go into the dealership and just get some information on either a lease or financed Mini.
