Our experience with Prestige Mini has always been great. We bought our 1st Mini through Suditi a few years back and when we discussed trading it in for a Countryman, we knew we wanted to work with her again. Suditi is very knowledgeable, honest and extremely patient. She listens to your concerns, she works with you and never once did we feel pressured. Above all she has such a real passion for the brand and the product that is very refreshing. I would recommend Suditi to absolutely anyone.

My experience with Erin was wonderful. I came to test drive a Mini, and spent over 4 hours with Erin as she graciously, let me test 4 cars. She is great and a pleasure to work with. Im in Sales over 35 years and Erin knows her stuff! I found the perfect Mini Clubman and very excited with it. I needed a new (used) car, I knew I wanted a MINI, I knew I needed a financing package, and I knew I needed to trade in my old car. I checked out the website listings, then called Prestige MINI (Ramsey, NJ). I spoke with Erin Hilyer and she immediately was able to make the deal work. Suditi was the best!!! She was very knowledgable and professional and she was so enthusiastic about my new car. She even followed up to see if I had questions and how I liked the car.
Although I ended up not buying a MINI yet, the experience working with Ruby was very good. She is knowledgeable, addressed all my questions and concerned. She and her manager were also very honest about lease prices and the calculation. Wish there were more advisers like Ruby and more dealerships with a similar customer experience.
Bob and the team at Prestige MINI went above and beyond when I purchased my 2012 Countryman. My husband and I live quite a distance from the dealership and Bob and his sidekick Jay were nice enough to meet us along the way so that we did not have to make the entire trip to and from.
