My experience with the dealership far surpassed my expectations. My salesperson Ruby made this experience a memorable one. Her product knowledge and calm demeanor was very impressive. She made anything seem possible and talked through any questions that were concerning to me. I would recommend friends and family to visit the dealership and take a test drive because I LOVE MY MINI!!
I had shopped for a certified pre-owned mini cooper convertible for almost a month before finding the car I wanted at the right price. I made an offer over the phone because I am 100 miles from this dealership. I just purchased a 2013 Mini from Bob Filenbaum and I couldn't be happier! For me, walking into a car dealership can make me a little anxious because I just expect to be pressured into purchasing a car right then and there. Erin was friendly and easy to work with. I was in and out pretty quickly, and she took care of the paperwork before we came back so all we had to do was drop the check off and take the car home. Overall a good experience!
