Walked in on the fence about buying a new Countryman, after speaking with Ruby, test driving, going through the numbers I was sold and hopped onto the otherside of the proverbial fence. It was a pleasure from start to finish. Just moved to Florida but would highly recommend visiting Prestige Mini and requesting Ruby to get you into a new/used Mini!

I recently leased a new Mini Countryman at Prestige and I was very impressed with the overall experience. Ruby is my new Favorite sales person. This was my second purchase at this dealership and I am more than happy to recommend visiting Ruby to anyone interested in a Mini. She I a warm person who cares about the customer and their needs. This is my first MINI purchase and what a great experience! Spiro was fantastic - from explaining all the workings of the car (gadgets and performance) to negotiating to driving off the lot. He answered every question, gave me "alone time" to think, and made sure that every step, with or without him, went well (he even noticed I had left my EZpass in the trade-in, removed it and hung it in my MINI). LOVE the product. Bob Filenbaum was incredible and helpful in every way. He puts the customer's needs first. When everything runs smoothly when buying a car, you don't always get to see how the dealership handles difficulties that pop up along the way. My experience at Prestige Mini in Ramsey, New Jersey was great and enjoyable. My sales representative Suditi Bala-Chin showed excellent quality of service and customer care. She is very enthusiastic about Mini products and events. She was quick in responding back to you through phone and emails. She gave detailed explanations to questions about your purchase. SUDITI, MY SALES EXEC, WAS TOTALLY INVOLVED AND USER FRIENDLY, FROM THE MOMENT I STEPPED, IN THE DEALERSHIP. I AM A DESIGNER, AND VERY FUSSY ABOUT DETAILS AND COLOR. I bought a 2013 Mini Coupe S. Terry Glattman was excellent from the beginning.I got an email quote from him and it was the best in the tristate. Terry was straight forward and there was no pressure from him. Happy to get a great car and my wife loves it. Thanks Terry!! I met Jeff Stone at the end to sign the paper work. I have been searching the Internet for months looking for the perfect per owned car for my retirement. I found that car at Prestige Mini in Ramsey, NJ. My sales person Erin Hilyer was wonderful, she made my purchase easy and enjoyable. I live in Ct and the 100 miles was well worth the time as their selection of used Mini's was much more then the dealers in ct. I would highly recommend Prestige and Erin Hilyer she's soooooooooo nice!!!
