Took a 2008 Mini to Ramsey to get checked out because I just bought the car from another dealer. Mini did a safety inspection for free and found $3300 dollars of repairs that needed to get done. I returned the car back to where I bought it. Thanks Mini you guy's are awesome. My next purchase will be at Mini of Ramsey. Keep up the great work.

What a wonderful car buying experience. I have been looking for my dream car for years and Suditi showed me the one I wanted right off the bat I couldn't believe it. The best part about buying the car was not only getting a sick MINI Cooper Coupe JCW but making friends with such a wonderful staff. Just a great atmosphere there. I just picked up my 3rd Prestige Mini, John Cooper Works package, and I could not be more pleased. It was a pleasurable experience from start to finish. Here are my thoughts on each rating category: --Customer service: Professional, knowledgable, communicative, intelligent, and helpful. --Quality of work: Some dealership installed accessories (fog lights, clear bra, strut brace) were done perfectly and quickly. --Friendliness: Super nice. Bob was very helpful, honest, and easy to work with. I came in knowing what I wanted months in advance and he kept me plated through the process. We built my car together and he was able to answer any question I had. When my convertible came in they had it wrapped up for me- this was an extra cool experience. The finance manager was also a pleasure to work with. He was efficient and relatable. I will definitely recommend Prestige and Bob to my friends.

My experience was very positive. Bob, the salesperson who worked with me, was very informative and patient, taking his time to make sure that I understood the deal we reached and explaining clearly and fully the various functions of the Mini Cooper Hardtop Franco was also very nice to work with when it came time for me to "settle the bill."

I was in the market searching for a very specific Mini for my wife, and on top of that my local dealer sounded very unprofessional. Hence, I have to expand my search to 400 miles radius. I am in falls church Virginia area and I looked at dealers all the way from Richmond, VA to Hartford, CT.
