The dealership on a whole was wonderful to work with. My sales person, Erin went above and beyond any sales person I have ever worked with for the purchase of a new or used car. The service advisor(s) were also helpful, informative and friendly. I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a MINI.
Last January I went in and bought my first mini a countryman. This January I went in for and oil change and started talking to my salesperson And took a s roadster for a drive and I fell in love with it. With the wonderful help of Suditti we worked out and amazing deal and I took my new mini home this past Thursday . Amazing group and so easy to deal with. Very friendly and fair group of people.
This was a very good car buying experience. We were never pressured or hard-sold at any time. Both Erin and Terry were both very professional and helpful, informing on our options and patiently going through our slow choice of features and color of our new Mini.
I first spoke with Erin over the phone, I told her what we were looking for and she was able to answer all of my questions. We met with Erin a few hours later, she new her product and took us on 2 test rides, first with the base Mini Cooper and then with a Cooper S. The entire process from our first conversations through the buying process was excellent and the delivery process was very impressive. I would highly recommend Prestige Mini as well as Erin Hilyer for any of your Cooper Mini needs.
