Wow! Not sure how to put our amazing experience into words. Ruby was such a pleasure to work with and made our purchase absolutely painless and headache free. I personally dread the car showroom/negotiating/sales experience. To say that I was pleasantly surprised at MINI of Ramsey would be an understatement. It was time to let go of my Mini Cooper that I owned for 10 years and I found a used Mini Cooper S that looked promising at Prestige Mini. I was pleasantly surprised to find the experience at this dealership to be great. My sales person Erin was the BEST and the sales manager Richard made the purchasing painless. It was a really nice experience. Made an appointment with Ruby which she reconfirmed the day before. I arrived on time and she was there to meet with me and access what is was I was looking for. I chose Prestige Mini because of an add for a Mini Cooper Countryman S All 4 I saw on Auto-trader.com. No other reason besides that. My husband and I were greeted immediately by reception and soon were shaking hands with Suditi Bala-Chin. From the start, Suditi was warm and welcoming. Its been years but I still remember the great experience I got from this dealership. Upfront fair pricing and quality service.
