I had a wonderful experience at Prestige MINI. Erin and Franco were very pleasent and easy to work with. So far the MINI Cooper Countryman has been a lot of fun to drive. I definitely would recommend Presitge MINI if you plan to purchase a MINI in the future.

I recently bought a Mini Countryman at your dealership. I was car shopping all weekend and a bit tired of hearing a sales pitch. When I walked into your dealership it was a busy Saturday afternoon. I was greeted by two friendly ladies at the front desk. I was able to explore the showroom without being chased by a sales person. A few years ago I went to MINI looking to buy and was rudely dismissed. I wound up buying a "safe" Honda Civic. Ever since, I've regretted my choice as I've always wanted a MINI Cooper Convertible. After much thought, consideration, and prodding from friends who own MINI's, I decided to give the dealership another try. I have leased 4 cars from Prestige Mini on Route 17 and 2 from Suditi and this was the best experience. I made an appointment to see what cars were available on a Friday at 8:30am( Suditi came in early to accommodate my schedule}. After reviewing a few options that were available to me she got me the price I was willing to pay for my lease. I expected to pick up the car during the following week. I bought a MINI in January,2012. Most of dealers welcome potential customers all the tome to sell cars of course, not not all of them take care of customers after sales. The sales associate I bought from, Spiro, was extra friendly and kind even after sales with great follow up. I brought up my car to service dept yesterday and the service dept was very friendly and accurate, too. I highly recommend this dealer to everyone.

This dealership is friendly and prompt. They deliver when they say they will and there's no unusual wait time. Their periodic season clinics are a definite ++.

My experience with Prestige Mini and specifically Suditi Bala-Chin was excellent. I've purchased a number of new cars and this was by far the most relaxed and enjoyable experience of them all. My Mini has met all my expectations and then some as well as the courteous and professional demeanor of Suditi.

The first purchase experience with SUDITI and PRESTIGE MINI was excellent, quick test drive, smooth paperwork and pick up transaction. This second one is even better, I purchased two LAND ROVER from PRESTIGE: I also had an excellent experience, but I must say that PRESTIGE MINI surpasses it,in all the departments, including service, financial and telecommunications.
