this was by far the best overall expierence my wife and i have ever while leasing a new car. for the record this is our 10th such lease. i told terry glattman that one of the things i appreciated the most about him was that he did not remind me of a car salesman at all. my wife and i felt we were being helped by a family friend and not a sales person.
Prestige was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Anthony was very fair with me on the purchase of my New Mini. He took the time to find me the right vehicle and sales person. Erin was unbelievably thorough and taught me things about my equipment I did not know existed. She knows everything about her minis. The best sales person I Have ever dealt with. Two thumbs up!!!
She spent more than two months to help me to get the bank approval to finance MINI purchase. She made twice search for the car finally made order for shipping it from England to meet what options I want. She Shared my family ( story of getting the MINI). She is very helpful and patient. I'm lucky for dealing with Suditi and already I referred my freind to her to get the new MINI. Finally thanks SUDITI I'm really appreciate....Thanks MINI....
Erin was patient, helpful and responsive to what we asked. We test drove a car within moments of walking in. She did research for us and never flinched when we changed our minds about what we wanted 3 times. Great experience!
I had such an amazing experience with Suditi at Prestige Mini. She took so much time going over all of my options and was so knowledgable about the cars. She is by far the kindest and warmest car salesman I have ever worked with and I don't think that I could ever recommend her enough. I left Prestige Mini not only as the happiest girl in the world - but I also left there with a friend. If anyone is looking to get themselves into a mini cooper of any kind - Suditi at Prestige Mini is definitely the girl to go to!
We had been looking for a very specific Mini for some time and when we finally found it at Prestige Mini, we decided to make the 4 hour trip to check it out. We were able to complete all the paperwork in advance by fax and telephone. Bob Filenbaum was by far the best Motoring Advisor I have ever met. He was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. I was never rushed in my decision to find the Mini that suited me best. My experience with Bob was very pleasant and I left feeling very confident that I had made a solid decision giving my business to Prestige Mini.
My wife bought me a satellite radio for christmas. I contacted prestige to see if they could install it. They took the car and first were not sure where it could be appropriately installed. I then met with them and they installed it in an area that was inconvenient for me. I asked to bring it back to have it reinstalled and they welcomed this and had me sit down with the head technician in the service department who sat in the car with me and debated back and forth candidly for 20 minutes to figure out how best to install it... read more
I would have to say my overall experience was better than expected, except for one small incident. I primarily worked with Bob Filenbaum. I came into the dealer knowing what I wanted and having done quite a bit of research. I found a car on the web that matched my criteria and upon knowing it was Prestige Mini I had to find the rep who I met back in the fall.
