Suditi bala-chin is a great advisor. She got me the car I wanted for a great price and is a very pleasant person to deal with . I would recommend her to anybody that would like to get a car, especially a mini. I wish the whole world was full of people like suditi , she is one of a kind and mini is very lucky to have a wonderful person like suditi . From a scale of 1-10 I would give her a 15!! Last week I had to bring my mini in for service. I worked with Carolyn Capozzalo who not only explained everything to me, she also let me know about the car event on Saturday May 19. My car needed some work so Carolyn sent me off with a ton of information and a loaner car, making my life so much easier!! When I arrived on Saturday, my car was fixed. Audition was so helpful from the start of my car buying process. She is so friendly, very knowledgable about the mini brand, has excellent communication skills, allying answers emails and phone calls promptly. She worked so hard to find the mini cooper hardtop that I wanted and with the right equipment. I got the best price by far! This is my 2nd lease with Prestige. I considered Morristown as they are less than 1/2 the distance and I am time poor. My experience at Morristown was not a good one which I won't expand upon. Needless to say going back to Erin and Prestige was a 'breeze' and she 'got it' with regards me needing everything to happen quickly and with the minimum of fuss. It was an outmost pleasure working with Suditi purchasing our Mini Cooper Coupe S. She is very courteous and honest dealing with her customer. We originally went to Morristown Mini and the customer service there was horrible so we decided to check out Ramsey.
