I was not sure I would buy a Mini but from the moment I walked into the dealership, I was treated with respect and courtesy. I did my homework and I knew exactly which model I wanted and the options. Needed a new vehicle to replace car totaled in Hurricane Sandy. Dealership was able to meet with me, schedule a test drive and put me in the seat of a new MINI very quickly.
This dealership went beyond my expectations re: flexibility,friendliness and transparency. Dan Veildhouse was exceptionally accommodating to the point that he allowed for my indecision in color,(reordering the car )and flexibility in timing of pick up. At no point did I feel any pressure and both he and Franco as well as Bernadette made it very clear that the entire dealership would provide continued support and service. Hats off to Prestige!!
