I had the best experience I have ever had buying a car. This dealership is not like most. They have a cool, young, vibe going on and no pushy salesmen/women. Bob is one of the best sales people I have ever dealt with. He is very knowledgeable, explained in steps, very organized and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Prestige Mini has the funky building that you just want to check out, not to mention the MINI's. Customer service was very satisfactory. I've been in love with MINI's for a few years now and right time came now to purchase my own. Dealer and our sales representative Erin made the buying experience easy & fun.

The car is excellent, the price was right, the warranty, service and add value from his team has no comparison.
I came looking for a mini coupe and met Bob,he was so helpfull in all aspects of buying a new mini,having a mini before,I was interested in the coupe this time, he showed me all the information on it and made it possible to purchase one and bring it home the same day. Even though I bought my MINI at a different dealership much closer to home, I decided to take my car to a bigger, more experienced dealership almost 100 miles away. My local dealership hadn't replied to my emails or returned phone calls when trying to set up an appt for fixing the airbag warning light in my 2010 Justa Cooper.
