This is my second Mini I have purchased from Prestige. I met Suditi when I bought my first one and new if I ever got another I would want to have Suditi as my advisor. Suditi is very outgoing and friendly and is very easy to work with. She helped me get the car I wanted and took the time to find it for me. I have had may questions regarding the car and its features and have always been given a complete explanation. Suditi even gave me my first duck!!!
Suditi is awesome to work with - very easy going and she knows the facts. Everything was handled professionally and I don't feel like a second of my time was wasted. I know that anytime I need anything down the road, she will be there to help.
This was a fantastic purchasing experience. Suditi from the first phone call was really special and took care of everything I needed. The best part was when she learned that my daughter was sad for me trading in my pepper white cooper 2DR, when I came to pick up the car Suditi was ready with a purple duck (that is the Mini event in WA tradition) for my daughter (who named it ice cream) and also showed me first thing in the car, how to make the light colors change. She was awesome and I love my new Countryman!
I have been speaking with Erin Hilyer for about a year through emails back and forth about purchasing a Mini. Even after so long of communication, she remembers details about our conversations (about me being a makeup artist and her child's wedding) which made me feel very comfortable and made the experience more personable.
