It was very nice experience to work with Erin. She was very kind and her explanation was very clear, and she is also MINI owner. In addition, the atmosphere of the dealer is so nice.

My wife has a mini. Her family has a mini and it was only a matter of time til I got one. Suditi was great. She crunched those numbers made sure the Baker Street edition was still there and I got it thanks to her.

I originally stopped in Prestige looking at the CooperS Hardtop last November and met with Erin. She enthusiastically offered to take one for a test drive even though I told her I was looking to buy in spring(winter was approaching). In June I came back in, however looking at a CountrymanS. Erin happened to be there on her day off. We took a CountymanS out for a drive. This was the most pleasurable car buying experience I've had among 7 purchases I've made. Suditi was not only knowledgable about the product, she is a perfect representative since she fully subscribes to what can only be termed as the "mini lifestyle." Selling me not only on why the car would meet my needs, but why she feels its great to be part of the community, helped convince me that the car was exactly what I was looking for.

For some time I pipe-dreamed about owning a mini roadster. Because I'm in my car all day for work I was nervous about downsizing from an suv to a smaller vehicle, and facing nj winters without all wheel drive. Suditi was terrific! I bought a Mini hardop from them in March. Its a great vehicle. So good that I actually went back and bought a Countryman. The staff works hard to make you happy. Great job Suditi Bala-Chin once again.

We have been working with Erin for a few months, looking for a used convertible that we never seemed to find with everything we wanted on it. We enjoyed working with Erin, because she was not pushie, calling us every week, telling us about a car we did not want. She looked very hard for us and stayed in touch to say she was still look from time to time. Erin was as surprised as we were when we called and asked about a clubman, but she found us one just the way we wanted!

Dealership vibe and our salesperson, Erin Hilyer, made this a very easy experience. Erin was totally helpful and detailed. She read me well. She got what was important to us and didn't give us the hard sell. She seemed honest about what she knew and what she needed to find out. Even once sale was made, she was still available and attentive. She remained organized and had solid follow through. On the whole made it a good experience.
