Carolyn was a great help with meeting all of my needs. I was a walk in for service and she was able to get me in and out quickly. She was very considerate of my needs and spent a lot of time explaining to me what my car needed without trying to sell me unnecessary services or parts. I would not hesitate to return when my car needs service.

I was just buying a new car but by the end, in large part thanks to the salesman Steve Allen, I became a Mini nut. I'm actually writing this review having just finished watching The Italian Job which stars a gaggle of Minis. The experience at Prestige makes you feel you're not just getting a car but a style makeover and they make it very special down to the presentation of your new car. My wife and I were looking for a new car and were leaning toward an Mini. It was a surprise christmas present for my daughter. They went along with everything to keep it a surprise. On the day I brought her in her her was under wraps and when shown to her she cried with such happiness, even to the color I picked out (rustic orange) she always said if she had one it had to pop well there's pop. Dean took the time and showed her everything and I mean everything the car had and does. Very nice people and if I was to buy another one I could think of now othr place to go but Prestige Mini.
