Had four visits to Ramsey Mini. Nick was useful and followed up as we were awaiting the '12 inventory. He worked honestly and with no pressure during the process and I drove out with my first Mini! Countryman is fun and I look forward to many memorable times in this car.
Buying my car at Prestige MINI was a seamless, friendly, and really enjoyable experience. On my initial visit, I was interested in just checking out the interior space of the 2012 Countryman since I didn't know if it would suit my needs - turns out it was exactly what I needed/wanted. I just picked my 2nd MINI from this dealership! I can't say that I've ever had such great service anywhere (period). My previous MINI was financed because I commuted quite far to work but once I got transferred to NYC, they worked with me to get me out of my financing and get me into a lease, which definitely suited me better. Nick is very friendly, effective and not too pushy. he gave a lot of good advice on how to pick the car and the extras. I am sure the price could have been better, but I did not haggle too much either...not that he was knocking off K's on his own though ! Overall a smooth and nice car purchase experience.
