I went in to Prestige MINI this past Saturday to test drive the Countryman. It was on the top of a list of cars I was interested in purchasing after my lease was up on my 2010 Corolla. I had planned to drive a host of other cars to figure out what I wanted. When I first met Terry, I immediately felt close to him and even consider him to be a part of my family. he has been a great help to me whenever I need him and always makes himself available. Steve was super. He was extremely nice, knowledgable, and energetic. Every time I thought I knew exactly how my Mini did its business, he would show me some completely new and awesome feature and my mind was blown. The service was wonderful, and I would recommend everyone to come here and buy a Mini.

I recently traded in my 2006 Mini Cooper (105,000+ miles) for a new Mini Countryman at Prestige Mini in Ramsey, NJ. From the moment I walked in the door until I drove off the lot, the staff was exceptional! They made me feel right at home. We absolutely loved this experience! We met Steve on his second day working at Mini and he was energetic, enthusiastic, attentive, responsive and an absolute joy. If we didn't also need a car that fits an entire soccer team, we would buy a second Mini from Steve in a heartbeat. I have spoken with Terry Glattman quite extensively for two to three weeks since I live in South New Jersey and I had two vehicles to trade in for a 2012 Countryman S. One of the vehicles was also a Mini Cooper S which I bought from Prestige Mini. Not only was Terry instrumental in guiding me in the building process of the Countryman S but he also was instrumental in pretty much sealing the deal over the phone. I'm not sure if I represent a typical prospective MINI client or not, but one thing I know with certainty, is that I desperately wanted to own a MINI for far too long. I began my search in earnest a few months before I finally arrived at Prestige. I looked on line, I shopped cars.com, trolled ebay motors, and still couldn't find my MINI. I am 45 years old and have purchased 8 new vehicles in my lifetime. I have to say that Chuck is by the far the friendliest and most honest dealer that I have ever dealt with! Communication throughout the experience was first class and he even took time to take my wife on her own personal test drive at another time than my initial visit (he was also great with my kids too)!
