Our decision to go this dealership was made based not only on their inventory, but mainly on the salesman that we where in contact with. I was asking many question throughout the week prior to our visit and Robert was very honest, accurate, informative and quick to respond each time. He would respond by e-mail and phone. I can honestly say that this was our best ever experience buying a car. Not to mention possibly the best car we have purchased.
My lease was expiring and I met Steve Allen who made the whole process fun and easy. This is my 3rd Mini so I was an easy sale but we still agonized over the color combination which ended up spice orange with black roof and black stripes. Gorgeous! Steve literally held my hand in the whole process-one visit. But the pick up was priceless-the whole unveiling was a marketer's dream! We were in and out of the dealership in a very reasonable amount of time even though they were quite busy. Bob helped us to get exactly the car we were looking for and went through every available option to get us what we wanted at a price we were happy with.
Dealership was clean, receptionist were friendly. The dealer was friendly and patient. Took the time to understand what we were looking for, helped us build a mini that reflected our wishes and then helped us sort through the inventory to find something that matched.
