Technicians explain work to be done carefully. Also, a gentleman whose name escapes me really helped me get my GPS app to work through Bluetooth in my beloved Mini. He was so patient, kind, and determined to get it to work, and voila...he figured out what was wrong, and it's been great ever since! Also, comfy lounge with coffee, water, and doughnuts! And discount coupons that come in the mail! Overall...even though it takes me forever to get there from DC, I have only had good experiences there! A+, Mini of MoCo!
Everyone is super friendly and helpful at this dealership. I worked with Oumar, Matt and Nick most of the time and they were great. I will definitely continue to use their services!!
