I drove 7 hours, one way, from Kentucky to pick up my 2014 MINI Cooper Clubman S and I have to say that everything was spot on! The communication before my trip, the friendly service I received upon arrival and the vehicle was everything as described online. I'd definitely recommend this dealership for any of your MINI needs!
I bought a Mini Cooper in. April and absolutely love it! My husband likes it so much that he just one for himself on Friday. The staff is friendly and professional. Customer service is excellent. The entire dealership is nice and clean. I would highly recommend.

They have the best customer service that I have experienced! My daughter's vehicle was not really due for service but I stopped by for them to check one of the tires and the sound that comes from the brake pedal when it is released abruptly. My concern had been addressed properly. Once the vehicle is there, they check on everything, I was told that the engine oil is a little bit low and they added an amount on it. When I left my MINI for scheduled warranty service, there was a small dent where my neighbor across the street backed out of his driveway and came a little too far. When I picked up my car, the dent was gone. Can't beat that with a stick!
