I loved my 2005 Mini Cooper S Convertible so much that I decided that I wanted a newer one. Mini of Plano and my sales person Paul made the buying experience the second time, just as great as it was the first time! I plan to be a lifetime Mini owner. I went to Mini of Plano with an impossible dream, no money down and a negative trade in wanting a new Mini and Mike Levy and Jennifer Salter got me a 2015 Mini. the shop couldn't get all the updates in so they sent me home in a 2016 mini. We have been MINI owners since 2009 but this was our first purchase with Sewell MINI of Plano. i just have to brag on my salesman, Paul Harding. Paul went out of his way to make my first-time car buying experience absolutely perfect! He went above and beyond to make me extremely excited about buying my first car! The staff at Sewell also made my day perfect! My countryman was a birthday present to myself and I couldn't have found a better place to have bought it!! I will be back to buy my next mini when I have to pass this one down to my kids and I know Sewell will take care of me!!
Julian Holguin and the service and tech team at Mini of Plano are the best!!! I bought my first mini here 2 years ago and I never want to go anywhere else to service my car. I am moving away to Denver though so I will hope to find somewhere there half as good. Thanks for making The Blueberry look just like new for my long drive ahead!
