I love this company and there cars are amazing. They always make you feel like you are there #1 customer.
I bought my 2011 Mini Convertible in Annapolis, Maryland, then moved to Texarkana, Tex. We have no Mini dealership, so any problem can be a large inconvenience. Plano is 180 mi away. I'm not a mechanic, so I really optimize my service and need a lot of high-touch communication and coordination to keep my Mini serviced. Recently purchased a certified used Mini at Sewell. It was a great experience from start to finish. Hunter Fowlkes was our sales rep and he is number one in my book. No pressure, fun to talk with and a great all around person. The business office (finance) was easy to work with and I felt less pressure at Sewell than i ever felt at other car dealers. I would definitely recommend them for a new or used Mini. BTW, the coffee is excellent.

I'm certsin that the sales experience is amazing but I would like to comment on the collision center. From start to finish this was an amazing experience. Brian Carlock was a real pro. Don't let this guy get away - he was the face of your company and could not have performed better. My car came out look looking fan-freakin-tastic! And to top it off they detailed it inside and out. I can't say enough about my positive experience. I will recommend anyone and everyone to Sewell Collision Center/Mini of Plano!

By far the best ever experienced I've had at a dealership. Before this weekend the thought of entering a dealership was intimidating and stressful. I've purchase 5 vehicles throughout the years and have never felt this satisfied and this pleased with the services I was giving. He did it again! Julian provides THE best customer service, hands down. I refuse to work with anyone else at Sewell, not because I don't like or trust anyone but because I know how I will always be treated by this wonderful Serviceman. Thank you again Julian!
