This was by far the best experience I have ever had when purchasing a car. Every single person at this dealership sincerely cares about their customers. From the receptionist to the salesman (Ben Anderson), to the finance director (Russ Kirby), they were all great. I can't imagine ever going anywhere else to buy a car other than a Sewell dealership.
Finest dealership I have ever dealt with from initial contact with the salesman to their Financing rep and the the parts and service departments. There is a consistency in service that sets Sewell Mini high above the rest. They understand their brand and pay attention to the little things that make every interchange a pleasant one. The service I have received reinforces my purchase decision each and every time.
Mini of Plano staff are friendly, and a knowledgeable bunch. Very helpful with any questions we put to them about our two minis we purchased. Bart Shapely is a top notch guy.
This place is by far the best dealership ever. I am new to the MINI world, and when I called to bring my '13 Cooper S in to get checked up on my first visit, I was BLOWN AWAY by the level of customer service and compassion the crew gave. The service department is managed by wonderful people, and I can't really bring myself to take my Mini anywhere else to get serviced. Wonderful customer service. My service advisor even unloaded my Costco purchases from my loaner car and loaded in my Mini.
First time Mini owner...... Friendly and knowledgeable staff, excellent communications, always giving their customers 110%.
These guys were amazing. They had everything ready to go so that we could get in and out. We drove a long way to get there and they stayed open late to accommodate us.
