This is the best and most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had. We had a rather complicated transaction because of being from out-of-state. However, our Motoring Advisor, Russ, and David in Finance have gone above and beyond. Everyone we have talked to has been professional, thoughtful, responsive, and quick to get us what we need, even now, 2 1/2 weeks after the sale. Thank you! Oh, and the Mini Cooper hardtop is also quite phenomenal.
Hands down, this is the best dealership experience in my life. (I purchased a 2014 MINI Countryman in November 2013.) From the warm greeting every time I enter the service center for the free car wash, to the attentive service from the advisors when maintenance is needed, I always enjoy my time at the dealership (when is the last time you thought or said that about a car dealership?!?) and have a smile on my face when I motor out of there. I just bought my second Mini and I LOVE it! I couldn't decide which color I wanted and Russ had the service guys put the plaid mirror covers on the electric blue one for me so I could decide. I'm so glad he did because it didn't look like I thought it would, so I went with the Volcanic Orange, which I think matches my personality better. I'm so happy with my new car and with Mini of Plano!
Bought my used mini clubman last July and have had nothing but amazing service from all involved ever since! Latest amazing service occured this week. I had some service work done and Emily and Dalton in the service department went above and beyond! I can't praise this business enough. I bought used but have been treated like royalty since! They have made a lifetime customer!!

If you are looking for a Mini Cooper, drop what you are doing and go see Hunter at Sewell Mini Cooper. We appreciated his no pressure approach. Matter of fact, we had to come out and tell him we were ready to buy, as there is absolutely zero pressure put on you to purchase. Kelly and Jennifer did an outstanding job with the financing and made the process so simple. By far our best car buying experience EVER. Ohhh... be sure and ask about Hunter and his hula hooping akills!
