This was our second mini we purchased from mini of Plano. And our third vehicle with a Sewell dealership. Wish they were closer to us to complete service but a 7 hour drive isn't realistic! They make the process extremely easy and convenient to the customer. We make the drive because we only want to deal with them. Thank you guys again - I'm sure this will not be our last vehicle with Sewell. Thank you again!!!
Just dropped off Milly (2012 justa convertible) for a nearly 100k check-up. My MINI extended warranty expires at 100k so I thought it best to have her checked out stem to stern. Josh and his crew have taken excellent care of Milly from day one.
Just want to give high praise to the best dealership in the world. They actually care about their customers and pride themselves on customer service. Thank you Lenny and the service department for your quick response and professionalism every time I am there. Mini of Plano is a rarity. I will never lease anywhere else. #customerforlife
Hunter Fowles is the man! My wife and I must have visited 5 times just trying to make the right decision. Hunter took us out in the entire MINI lineup and gave us a full introduction to their product line. In the end, we went with the Clubman but we will definitely be back for future purchases because of the phenomenal service! They made the process, all the way through financing, carefree and painless! You couldn't ask for better service!
Best car experience ever. Hunter and Mike were so helpful (and patient) while I decided which Mini to lease and Russ made the financing process a breeze.
