"Steven Lerner and Shashank Dharanendra were amazing! " I had been working with Steve since May and wasn't completely sure what I wanted. I found a 2017 BMW 430i at the Richmond BMW location that I wanted to test drive. Steve was a pleasure to work with! "Outstanding performance by Steve Lerner" In the 3 years I’ve leased my BMW I’ve had many good experiences but only one totally outstanding performance and that was with Steve Lerner. He listened when I spoke, he educated me about how to manage the end of my lease and he was funny and kind throughout. To me, Steve is the very best that Richmond BMW has to offer.
