I recently sold my 2009 JCW hardtop to this dealer, and purchased a new 2014 JCW Paceman All4. Every step of the way, Kyle made the experience fun. When I purchased my first mini, a 2003 Mini Cooper S, i don't think i could have been happier with the overall experience. Then i bought a 2009 Mini Clubman S and again i was over joyed with an even better experience then before. My third purchase of a 2013 Mini Countryman S ALL4 took place in Madison and i must say that was the best yet. Everyone was nice and tactful and answered all of my questions, I will suggest to to anyone that Mini of Madison is the place to go.

We were glad to test drive with Nathan because he was knowledgable without being pushy. His casual sales technique was a great fit for us. He helped with decision making without pressuring us in one way or another while being patient even though we kept him well after close. His minimal cologne was also a great aspect of test driving with Nathan. My husband and I are both scent sensitive, so we were grateful to not be working with a classic over cologned used car salesman.

This is my fifth lease and by far the smoothest, non-time consuming experience. Kyle made it an easy, hassle free experience. I would definatly use Mini of Madison again.

My overall experience at Mini of Madison was excellent. Kyle was very helpful explaining the differences between the different models and option packages available. I would recommend a Mini to anyone who wants a fun car to drive. Mini of Madison had the best selection of any dealer in the midwest, including Minneapolis and Omaha!

Kyle was super professional and very knowledgeable. We really appreciated the fact that even after we were done with the purchase of the car, he wanted to sit down with us to go over all the controls of the car patiently!
