Kyle couldn't have made this progress any smoother. He took care of the big questions first, clarified what I was looking for, and then ran with it. Mini of Madison was wonderful, especially Sheena Manthey and Dave Fosco. Sheena was so pleasant to work with, always courtious, friendly, answered our questions and if she didn't know an answer she found out quickly. We had a certain amount of money to work with and she made it happen. We will be back to buy our next car from you! If anybody needs a used vehicle this is the place to get it from!!! I'm totally happy with the great cae that I got from Mini Of Madison.Sept.6,2012..They treated me like I was a Special person.The tech was informative,..I will never go back to the International of Milwaukee Mini...They were cold,and snooty..
I was not looking forward to shopping for a new car. Eddie sat down with us and asked questions to get an idea on what type of car I was looking for then showed me my options. When we took the car out for a test drive, Eddie explained all of the controls, pointed out the great features, made sure I was comfortable and most of all made sure we had fun. It was a no pressure sale, great experience and I love the car.
Both Dave and Alicia went out of their way to show me and prepare the car for sale. I am very please with their service.
I had a good experience, but it took 4 hours to buy a car and that seems like a long time. After we set a price I still had to wait quite a while for the deal to be completed. It wa busy there so maybe that is why it took so long.
