I saw my dream car on the lot and the next day I set up an appointment to take it for a test drive. It's best to leave the stigma of car dealerships behind before taking a trip to Mini of Madison—I was very impressed with both the friendliness and willingness of the staff to go above and beyond to assist me. Right away I felt welcomed and comfortable. Kyle Fetters was very personable and down - to - earth. The process was very easy and hassle - free. He made sure to answer all my questions and made the process a fun one - especially having the red bow on my newly purchased car! I would highly recommend this dealership and sales consultant.

Kyle was easy to work with. He answered all of our questions fully, helped us take a good test drive in the model we bought, and explained the differences between our trade in and the one we were buying. The next day he called to see if we had any follow up questions or problems after having had the car for a day.
I accompanied my daughter recently when she bought a 2013 mini with the expert guidance of Kyle and assistance in developing the financials from Sheena. After trying to deal with a different Mini dealer, it was really a pleasant experience dealing with Mini of Madison.
