Kyle was a great, non-pushy, salesman. I went to the dealership with one specific car in mind and he didn't try to talk me into anything else. He simply showed me the car, and then offered a test drive on the spot. Kyle was very personable during the test drive and afterwards while helping us with paperwork. Shawn helped us with the financing paperwork and was also very professional. We were in and drove off with the car in about an hour and a half. Great overall experience!
I found the perfect car at Mini of Madison after a long search and contacted Kyle. He immediately responded and a appointment was set up. I live 2 hours away from the dealership and had to change the time of my appointment that morning but Kyle was extremely accommodating. He was very helpful and not pushy. It was a easy transaction. Love my new to me SUV!
Kyle was personable and knowledgeable and was not a "pushy" salesman. Kyle also took time to go through all of the Mini's features with me, which not all dealers do in my experiences. Overall a good experience at Mini of Madison.
Kyle was very helpful and knowledgable. He was very patient and showed me several available vehicles, and he answered all of my questions as we went on a very thorough test drive! Kyle made the experience very positive, and I would highly recommend working with him if you're looking to purchase a MINI.
Recommend! Don't really know how to rate customer service because I just have been the dealer shop twice. But overall I will say it was a very good experience for me when buying a new car.

My buying experience at MINI was great! The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Kyle was extremely informative, laidback and not at all pushy with his sales pitch.
