We weren't precisely looking for a Mini, but after having the chance to test drive 3 different models and comparing the quality to other vehicles we were considering, we finally chose to go with a Mini Paceman because of it's perfect size (not too big, not too small), mechanics and technology. Kyle was friendly and very helpful, he was very interested in helping me get the MINI I wanted. He carefully walked me through all the options and kept me updated all through the process of ordering my MINI. EXCELLENT!
The car salesman was very prompt in responding to my emails and answering my questions. He was friendly and prepared. He had my new jeep ready to go by the end of our first meeting. He went above and beyond to help me set up my Bluetooth in the new car and even helped me unload my old car. I had a very good experience.

Just purchased my 2nd MINI - the "big" one (Countryman All4) - at MINI of Madison. Kyle was great to work with from start to finish. First of all I drove in from Milwaukee. I will go almost anywhere if I think that's where I will be best taken care of. I am in the service industry myself and i know what it is like to take care of clients. To me one of the most important aspects of my job is determining what each individual client needs and catering my self to occomidate said needs. I worked with Lisa Stoffer at Mini of Madison and she just made the whole experience amazing. I enjoyed the test drive, the way she helped me work through the thought process and how she helped me understand the features and benefits of the car. I felt at home and comfortable and like she really cared about the entire process, not just selling a car. I would definitely recommend her to friends (and I have!)
