Stopped by to test drive a Mini and the dealership was just closing. Luckily Nathan was willing to stay late and let us test drive an 09 Mini. Overall experience was very good. Nathan was very accommodating and professional. He was personable, asked questions and listened. Dealership is clean and nicely organized, we appreciated the play area that occupied our 3 year old while we were having conversations. The worst part of dealer experience has been this dealerrater review process; very clunky and disconnected from the rest of the sales process.

Each employee I encountered was very friendly. Everyone, especially Nathan, went out of their way to answer all of my questions and find me a vehicle that was the perfect fit. I felt very at ease throughout most of the process, and received better service then I did at any of other dealerships I visited during my car buying purchase.
I had a great experience working with the team at Mini of Madison. Everyone was super friendly, helpful, and patient when working with me. The delivery process was smooth and simple, and everything regarding features and maintenance of the car was explained very extensively.
