I came in to look at a used van that I had seen listed online. Kyle was very helpful with my questions and provided subperb customer service. The dealership was extremely professional making our overall purchase experience a good one.

Overall a very good experience. Everything was easy and well explained. I bought a used car from a manufacturer Mini doesn't generally carry and Kyle wasn't afraid to admit when he wasn't sure about something, which he then found out for me. I appreciate this much more than if he would have made something up and I would later find out it wasn't true. A couple times I had to remind him of what he was going to find out for me, but other than that he was great. Very friendly and easy to talk to
Buying is MINI is supposed to be fun and my experience at Mini of Madison met my expectations. It is easy to tell that Kyle loves cars and especially Mini's. He is quite knowledgeable about these cars and obviously wants to make the sale. This was probably my best experience in buying a car as I never felt pressured and I really felt like the team there wanted my business. Kyle is low key, non-threatening and personable. I highly recommend this dealership.
Nathan was very helpful and knowledgeable, and was able to present a variety of options that made it easy to make a purchase decision. Definitely no buyers remorse.
I loved working with Nate. He made everything super easy and worked very hard to get me what I wanted before I drove an hour to even look at the car. He was fun and not at all pushy.
MINI of Madison generally and Kyle Fetters in particular were excellent to work with! Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful... inspiring, even. And the car? Phenomenally fun to drive!
