I love going to the MINI of Birmingham dealership. All of the staff is friendly, very nice seating area, a fun cafe and overall pleasant experience. Just had my first service on our 2014 Countryman (no charge maintenance) and everyone was helpful, nice and explained everything in great detail. A great experience. The only dangerous area is the waiting area - too many things to look at and potentially buy! :-)

Valerie Wallace may be "mini" in size, but she is large in knowledge, courtesy, and patience. Never did we feel pressured to purchase a car, but after discussing the options with Valerie, the decision to purchase our 2nd MINI was an easy one.
Was very pleased with visit, I showed up with out appointment and was took care of as soon as possible. Ask about service plan and was showed and had it exlpained very well, so I bought one. The service adviser was very helpful! Very well pleased.

Valerie Wallace has been working with me for the past 4 years helping me pick out 3 separate Mini Cooper Countrymens. Without her, I don't believe I would still be in one today. Catherine was so friendly and helpful! She was understanding of our situation and worked hard to get us the best deal possible. We couldn't believe the price we got, considering the extra-low mileage on the car. We're very happy with our MINI Clubman and would highly recommend MINI of Birmingham, and especially Catherine!

Working with Mini of Birmingham was a very pleasant experience from beginning to end. We ended up getting a great deal on a truck for my 16 yr old son. Tony Bugeja did an outstanding job helping us throughout the whole process. He helped us find in their massive inventory a truck that surpassed what we were looking for and in the price range we needed. Even though it is a very busy environment, his attention was always there. We will definitely look to Mini of Birmingham when needing another vehicle.
