I don't buy new cars frequently and I'm usually somewhat leery of the experience. Dealing with Catherine was an extremely pleasant experience. It doesn't hurt that the vehicle in question (a 2015 Mini Cooper) sells itself. However, Catherine was very knowledgeable and professional! While she was fairly busy during the time I was there she was very attentive to my needs while she continued to help others. My hope moving forward is that the rest of the Mini Cooper ownership experience is as positive as the first phase.

With just a handful MINI dealers in the state, one is very limited in choices for someone living in south central Alabama. Thankfully, MINI of Birmingham is all you really need for service whether warranty, recall, or routine events. I bought a 2015 Mini Cooper Countryman. Love driving the car and gets lots of attention from on-lookers. I went from a STS Cadillace to a Mini. Stephen Jolly was the rep, he did an Excellent Job of welcoming my husband and I to the dealership and very knowledgeable of the Mini Cooper. Bought a Pepper White MINI Hardtop S loved the service Valerie Wallace gave us. Didn't plan on buying a MINI because we did not live in Birmingham but they made it so easy. We drove it all the way back to Naples FL even though we had plane tickets for a return flight. We got 37mpg on the way back!!
Great place everyone was nice and friendly. They made the buying process easy. Made sure I was happy with my purchase and called a few days later to check on things. I paid cash for my purchase.
