We worked with CJ to purchase a car. We were from another state over 400 miles from the dealership, but it made no difference. Everyone was excellent to work with. The welcoming advisor - Catherine - is an amazing lady. Helpful, knowledgeable, and very nice. We visited MINI of Birmingham on 1/17/2015 to test drive a 2012 MINI Countryman. Tony Bugeja was our Motoring Advisor. He has the vehicle ready for us to look at and test drive. He really went over the MINI and all of its features. After the test drive, and our decision to purchase the MINI, Tony went to work getting everything completed. I enjoyed the entire experience on my first new car purchase. Roger was great. I test drove the mini and loved it from the beginning. I ordered my vehicle and went back to pick it up. Everyone was extremely friendly and hospitable throughout the entire process. John Scanlon came over and introduced himself and he was a joy also. The entire staff was friendly and helpful.
