Everything was perfect except for the last on the return on my first call to set up service, which came several hours later. I understand - could have been off that morning, Courteous personnel, comfortable setting, WIFI!, coffee & snacks all a big plus.
Rick was knowledgeable, considerate, and upfront responding to questions about the performance and general operation of the 2013 Paceman. I would highly recommend Rick as an excellent source of information for anyone interested in buying a Mini, and he is devoted to his job and his customers.
From my first contact with MINI of Birmingham by email, through signing the papers and driving off the lot, I must say that this has been the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. I had the luck of winning a mini cooper at windcreek casino. I went to MINI of Birmingham to pick my special lucky car from the offerings! The stock of MINI's was impressive but not as impressive as the knowledge of the product from TONY!! Tony was respectful, intelligent of his product, went above and beyond to explain the car features, more than once said he was always available in the future for any questions....in summary... I cannot say enough nice remarks about Tony!
I have been bringing my Mini to Mini of Birmingham for service since October of 2011. I just rolled over 50K miles and I had yet another great experiance. R. J. Sewell and the Service Dept have helped me keep the Mini running just like new!
Rick you are awesome. My first experience with a dealership and it was a great one. I am enjoying my mini every time I drive it or just look at it. I found a 2012 Mazda 6 on the internet at MINI of Birmingham. I went by to look at it. Rick Weinberg was the motoring advisor that helped me. He did a great job. He we courteous and helpful. He knew a lot about the car and answered all my questions satisfactorily. He came out on his off day to complete the financing (which took a little too long, but not his fault), because it was after 7:30 the night I first saw the car. Overall positive experience and I would come back for another car.
