This was my second mini bought at Tom Williams. Just like the first time, it was very easy no pressure experience. Bill Powell was my salesperson, he was very courteous and professional. It is nice when a salesperson steps back and allows you time to process all the information so you can make your decision. Finance was a breeze also, just like the first time.
The sales associate was friendly and helpful, and made the process easy. Answered all of our questions and helped all he could getting us the best deal possible. Getting financial to return a call did not happen. Financial made the process longer than necessary, because of mistakes on their end, but in the end resolved them.
They helped us get out of our current high payment situation, and into a much lower payment and great truck. We would like to say thank you to the team!
Recently drove up to the lot at MINI of Birmingham with my son to purchase his college car, and was warmly met by Rick, who proceeded to walk us through out options on the lot. Once we found "the one", Rick was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful in showing us all the details of our car. The car, even though was clean, was taken back for a full detail while we worked on the financing, came out shiny and ready to drive off the lot. Rick and the entire team made this a truly great buying experience!!
I went to MINI of Birmingham a few weeks ago because I was looking for a new car, and I wanted it to be a MINI Cooper. All I can say is that from the beginning until the very end these guys were very helpful, polite, and attentive.
