The service team is wonderful. They are very thorough and detailed with the service being worked on. If you are staying at the dealership to wait, they provide many updates, along with an amazing waiting area including drinks, snacks, TV and magazines to entertain you. My MINI was in perfect motoring condition before I could finish the show I was watching!!!!!
I ventured into the dealership with very little intent to make a purchase. But after finding the price has been lowered, that intend became less clear. I can with a trade and after some haggling, we both came away with an agreeable amount. Tony was receptive to my request and was admirable in his execution. Overall, the purchase was more positive than initially anticipated.
My salesman was very friendly and eager to help. Tony was very knowledgeable about products and services. If you looking to buy a car he is definitely the go to guy! Wonderful customer service skills Tony ??
I went to Mini looking to purchase a second vehicle as a daily driver since it was better on gas then my current vehicle. When I went I worked with Tony who asked me what I was looking for and made some suggestions of what I might be able todo instead of having to deal with the potential headaches of having two vehicles. My husband and I found the Acura MDX we purchased online. My husband went to see it first and Tony met him immediately. We were torn between two vechicles but Tony did not push us to make a decision. He was excellent from start to finish. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We also had to take the car back for a minor repair and the service department was amazing!
I leased a 2015 Paceman today and could not have had a better experience with being new to the leasing processes. Pam contacted me via phone and was very helpful. Once I got to the dealership Beth did a great job explaining the leasing options and what would be my best option. Friendly helpful staff. Catherine was very pleasant to work with. Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the Mini's. It was a great experience at a dealership which is not always the case when purchasing a vehicle. I would purchase another vehicle from Catherine. Love the new Highgate Mini.
