Catherine is an awesome sale rep for an awesome car! Loving my little mini convertible! Hopping it will serve me as well as my other 2003 Mini with more than 200 k miles! Still going strong as my "rainy day" car!
The staff at MINI of Birmingham has excellent customer service skills. Tony Bugeja is an awesome car salesman, one of a kind -like none other I've EVER encountered. He is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He was receptive to all my requests as far as having the tiniest of scratches buffed out, to the tiniest spots removed on the upholstery. He worked to make the transaction a positive experience. I would definitely recommend him!!!!!

My wife was looking for a new car an when arrived on lot Bill meet us with a smile an my wife began firing questions at Bill and he was very knowledgeable of the vehicles and took extra time to show my wife every option an button on the vehicle. My Countryman Mini Cooper was my very first car purchase all on my own. I am a 43 year old single mother. I had always relied on my husband to handle vehicle purchases....so I was very nervous! We had a very pleasant experience from the initial contact with this dealership, alway to the end of the purchase and even after the sale. Tony Bugeja is an awesome salesman. He held true to everything he said he would do. There was no pressure, no haggling, and no being dishonest. Well I found this beautiful R56 mini for sale on auto trade so after getting of from work I decided to stop by the mini cooper diler, and there it was. Front road ! Catherine greeted us with a fun and energetic attitude that she kept throughout the entire experience and everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful from the moment we walked through the door. Even though we showed up shortly before closing, Catherine and the finance team stayed around and helped us get everything moving. I look forward to doing business with them in the future!
Our Motoring Adivisor was quick to identify our needs and priorities and steer us to the right car for us. He knew the car inside and out, and demonstrated attention to detail throughout the process. My only criticism is that we had to wait more than two hours for a finance manager once we had selected our car, despite the fact that we were not financing the car. But the quality of the sales experience leads me to recommend the dealership, nonetheless. I would highly recommend our Motoring Advisor.
