We had our reception with the Padelford Boat Co and this is the only vendor they use. Our coordinator through the boats worked with Mintahoe so I couldn't tell you the quality of their coordinators but we were happy with the food. The servers were great and very helpful and accommodating. The price was moderate.

Mintahoe was a preferred caterer for our venue and had the most reasonable pricing. Our contact was really sweet but overworked, so sometimes took a while responding to emails. In general, the service on the day was fine. It was a buffet style and there was definitely enough food. The quality was decent - not spectaular.

we couldn't sample the menu which was a downer.. but they had a ton of different options so that was nice. They ended up switching our Rep a couple weeks before the wedding and everything got mixed up. The contract had other people info on it! This was my biggest concern about my wedding day.. not having confidence in the company and not knowing what the food was gonna be like! Several guests told us this was the best wedding food they had ever had. The food was really, really good. The portions were very large. While we were under contract, we had 2 consultants quit so the last consultant was very overworked & therefore wasn't the most responsive. However, she had tons of experience so we didn't have anything to worry about. I would've like the consultant to help me with quantities as we ordered too much food. Regardless, this company was professional, had fabulous food, and was worth the money

We received lots of compliments from our guests about how delicious our meal choices were. However, some special food orders were mixed with others; our guests were still pretty happy. The price is above average but we think that the important thing is our guests love and enjoy the food.

Mintahoe provided exactly the quality and service that we'd hoped for, and more! They made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process, not the case with some others that we checked into. But the kicker was that they jumped right in to help out when our bartenders didn't show up! Saved our butts and were so nice about it. I cannot recommend Mintahoe and Robyn enough!

We didn't want the traditional wedding food and mintahoe was willing to work with us to find something we liked. We had a pasta bar and everyone loved it! I am so happy we ended up going with them!

We were very happy with Mintahoe's service (we had Apples Catering). The food was excellent (we have several professional chefs in our family and they all said they were very impressed with the food) and the presentation was exactly what we had wanted. The coordinator provided through the catering service was also very helpful and knowledgeable.
