Thank you Mintahoe and event/catering coordinator, Lindsey Gruenhagen, for orchestrating a wonderful day for my daughter's wedding at the MN Boat Club. The service provided by Lindsey and the servers & bartender was excellent and accommodating. We heard many compliments from our guests about the delicious food. Even our guests with severe dietary restrictions were served appetizing, tasty meals.

I never expect too much at a wedding in terms of great food but the food at my daughters wedding was excellent. Our guests commented that the food tasted really good and was actually hot when it reached the tables. Thanks so much Mintahoe.

Our Mintahoe representative, Lindsey, was wonderful throughout the whole process and was always able to answer my questions quickly. It was GREAT to have everything we needed through one vendor - Caterer, cakes, linens, etc. We didn't have to really worry about any outside vendors. The food was great and the guests loved the cake as well. I loved working with Mintahoe and Lindsey.

Even after a month after my wedding- I'm still in awe over how great the catering services were at our wedding. All of the servers did an amazing job at being attentive and keeping all food schedules on time. The food itself was absolutely delicious! Also Denise- my catering manager was amazing, she helped me with my timeline, was extremely responsive when I had questions. Loved working with mintahoe!

Got the basic buffet, thought it was good value for what we paid. Was a bit disappointed in the bar selection, but overall was happy with everything :)

Mintahoe was wonderful! We cannot thank their staff enough for doing such an exceptional job in preparing for and implementing the catering at our wedding at Silverwood Park. We could not have been more impressed with the service we received from both our Mintahoe consultant, Julie, and her staff. The food was amazing and we heard from so many people say how much they enjoyed it. We were told numerous times that the food served at our wedding was some of the best ever had. I can't argue! My mouth still waters for the delicious short rib and portobello. :) While Mintahoe may not be the most budget friendly, the price paid for this high quality food is a great value. Based on the logistics of our wedding day, Jeff was fabulous at guiding us as make the most budget conscious decisions. We had our ceremony outside followed by the reception inside. Everything was well orchestrated and we were able to enjoy the evening with no worries. The food was excellent. Most of our guests commented about the great food, space and location.

Mintahoe catered our wedding at the MN Boat Club in June 2014. We were so worried about everything going smoothly since both of our families are from out of town but everything went so perfectly. The catering/event coordinator with Mintahoe did a wonderful job making sure we had everything we needed throughout the year of planning. Definitely recommend!
