Joy Devous-Baker and Mintahoe saved my daughter's wedding day! The Minnesota Boat Club with all its charm, unique spaces, and fantastic location put up a good fight against the mischievous Mississippi but eventually lost. Mintahoe was fantastic! The food was delicious, they were completely accommodating of all of our needs and wants, as well as working with my parent's budget. They went over the top to ensure that our guests' needs were met the day of. Appetizers, drinks, dinner, snack etc all of it just happened and came together and I swear no one even noticed that there were people working, it was really awesome. We booked Mintahoe for our wedding dinner, as they're the exclusive caterer for the venue we chose. The selection they offered was great, as we had some special dietary requirements that had to be met. The hors d'oeuvres that were passed during our cocktail hour between ceremony and dinner were amazing as well. Mintahoe catered our wedding at the Van Dusen mansion and delivered absolutely perfect service! Our coordinator, Elizabeth, was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and went above and beyond to make sure our wedding was exactly what we wanted. She was very patient with us and quickly returned all e-mails. At the wedding, our guests couldn't stop talking about how great the food was and everyone told us the service was excellent.
